What a standard clean covers: Kitchen surfaces and exterior appliances, bathrooms scrubbed, all floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting, beds made, trash removed.
What a deep clean adds: Baseboards, door frames, grout, inside cabinet fronts, light fixtures, vents, and built-up soap and grease. Priced at +60%.
Move in / out: Empty-unit standard: inside cabinets and drawers, inside closets, appliance interiors, and inspection-ready detail. Priced at +75%.
Supplies and access: Partners bring supplies and equipment. Tell us at booking how to get in — doorman, lockbox code, or you will be home.
Rescheduling: Change or cancel free up to 24 hours before your window from your account area.
If something is wrong: Tell us within 24 hours. The partner returns to correct it at no charge. That is the standard they agree to before joining.
