What homeowners give us. Name, phone, email, service address, property details, and scheduling preferences — everything needed to deliver a clean.

Who sees your contact details. Before a contractor claims your job, they can see only your ZIP, city, property size, frequency, requested date and window. Your name, phone, email and street address are withheld by the database itself and are released only to the single contractor who claims the job.

Contractor data. Business name, licence number, insurance expiry and coverage areas are collected for verification and are visible to our admin team only.

Retention. Job records and the audit trail are retained for service history, dispute review, and accounting.

Requests. Email info@srishineservices.com to request a copy or deletion of your data.
