Terms of Service

Service model. E5 PureClean bookings are fulfilled by vetted independent partner companies, not by employees of E5 PureClean. We publish the price, verify the partner, and hold the standard.

Published pricing. Flat rates shown at booking are the price for a standard visit of the stated size. Significant misstatement of property size or condition may require a re-quote before service.

Lead exclusivity. Every CleanLeads Pro lead is sold once. A claimed lead is closed to all other contractors immediately and is never resold.

Disputes and refunds. A contractor may dispute a claimed lead within 48 hours of claiming for bad contact details, out-of-area, duplicate, spam, or already-serviced. Upheld disputes are refunded in full.

Memberships. Pro and Enterprise memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Lead discounts apply to leads claimed while the membership is active.
